Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Brent later moved to Utah, where he spent his formative years and attended the University of Utah. As a student-athlete on the university’s football team, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, developing a deep understanding of people, systems, and resilience—qualities that continue to influence his approach to legal practice.
Before entering law, Brent worked in a wide range of customer service roles, experiences that instilled in him a lifelong respect for hard-working individuals in underappreciated industries. These roles taught him humility, communication, and the value of service—principles that remain central to his legal career.
Brent later returned to Los Angeles and attended the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law, where he participated in the National Criminal Moot Court Competition in San Diego. The experience sharpened his litigation skills and affirmed his desire to pursue a career in advocacy. Over the following years, he gained hands-on experience working at several personal injury firms across Southern California, learning the intricacies of the field while also drawing inspiration from his parents, both of whom are personal injury attorneys.
In 2024, Brent made a long-held dream a reality by founding The Law Office of Brent D. Rawlings. The firm reflects his core values: service, truth, integrity, and relentless representation. Brent understands the anxiety and confusion many clients face when dealing with insurance companies and legal procedures. He founded The Law Office of Brent D. Rawlings to be a place where clients feel heard, protected, and empowered.

Outside the courtroom, Brent is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife are celebrating a decade together and are the proud parents of two daughters: Maya aged 4 and Livia 5 months. His family is his anchor, and his faith is his compass.
